Personel friendly and helpfull, after we upgrade our room very nice room. Big enough with fridge and aircon. Jollibee and big malls nearby. Always taxis available.

Roof top bar, and the breakfast. I think the security guards were very good and watched their guests of the hotel. The person that showed me to the room was very good at his job.

The accommodations of the staff when I wanted to I upgrade my room. My group and I traveled in for my wedding and we booked the van service from the airport to the hotel. Our rooms were readily available upon early arrival. They services were on time and even took my group back to the airport on time. I also appreciate being able to make credit card payments through PHP pesos and U.S. dollars. This is a great hotel.

The room was good and location was good. There was a fiesta during our stay so the local goverment shut down the Interent and there was no availabe interent or using of electronic payment, Credit card or other forms of payment only CASH.

I like the Bed the most, very comfortable. The elevator is not that difficult to press using the room card. the design is very refreshing, and the lights is not difficult to switch off because of the Shortcut buttons.

Our executive room on the 15th floor was brilliant, beautiful views of Cagayan de Oro, the mountains and the bay. Definitely would book again.
